Tapsilog itself is an acronym for the items that comprise the much loved breakfast treat: Tapa (pickled beef jerky), sinangag (fried rice) and itlog (egg fried sunny side up). Such is the prominence of our tapsilog that it already has a Wikipedia entry. It also gave forth a whole new group of slang where a restaurant that serves tapsilog we now call tapsihan, and most cuisine with fried rice and sunny side up eggs are commonly end with silog.
Tapsiblog!, the Philippine Blog Directory, offers an avenue where we, Filipinos, can share personal views with each other. Basically we are of warm personality; friendly, responsive, enthusiastic and affectionate.
